Como Street Car Re-Roof

Challenge

Work was performed on a existing historic building that has settled over many years, and nothing was straight or level. ADC had to custom fabricate sheet metal flashings in a manner that no fasteners would be showing so there would be a smooth clean finished look. ADC had to work around the public foot traffic.

Benefit

This composite spanish tile will provide a liftime of protection from hail, and wind for this historic building while providing a rich historic architectural look. 

Solution

This type of roof was chosen for its quality of product, logngevity of product, and curb appeal that out performs asphalt shingle products.
